By accessing our website, placing an order, or using our services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Return & Exchange Policy. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

Individuals below 18 years of age should access the website and place orders only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian.

By using the website, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate, complete, and not misleading.

Hope N Skin will never ask you to share your password, card PIN, UPI PIN, or banking OTP through email, WhatsApp, telephone, or social media.

4. Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, ingredient information, directions, sizes, pricing, packaging, and images accurately.

However, the appearance of colours and packaging may vary slightly because of lighting, photography, screen settings, manufacturing updates, or packaging improvements.

Please read the product label, complete ingredient list, usage instructions, warnings, and other packaging information before using a product.

Where website information and the information printed on the physical product differ due to a recent packaging or formulation update, please contact our support team before use if the difference affects your purchasing decision, allergies, or sensitivities.

We reserve the right to correct inaccurate product information and update product descriptions, pricing, packaging, availability, or website content where reasonably required.

5. Skincare and Product-Use Disclaimer

Hope N Skin products are cosmetic products intended for external use unless specifically stated otherwise.

Product suitability and results may vary depending on skin type, sensitivity, routine, lifestyle, environment, consistency, and other individual factors. We do not guarantee identical or specific results for every customer.

We recommend performing a patch test before using a new product. Stop using the product if you experience persistent burning, swelling, severe redness, itching, or unusual irritation.

Consult a qualified doctor or dermatologist before use if you have a medical skin condition, known allergy, highly sensitive skin, are pregnant or breastfeeding, are taking medication, or are undergoing dermatological treatment.

Nothing in this section limits any rights or remedies available to you under applicable law in relation to a defective, unsafe, incorrectly supplied, or misrepresented product.

6. Prices and Charges

Product prices are displayed in Indian Rupees unless stated otherwise.

Applicable product prices, discounts, shipping charges, Cash on Delivery fees, convenience fees, taxes, or other charges will be shown on the product page, cart, or checkout as applicable before you confirm the order.

Prices and promotional offers may change without prior notice. A price change will not normally affect an order that has already been accepted, except where there is an obvious technical, typographical, or pricing error.

7. Product Availability

All orders are subject to product availability and delivery serviceability. Adding a product to the cart does not reserve or guarantee its availability.

A product may become unavailable between being added to the cart and completion of checkout.

Where an ordered product becomes unavailable after payment, we may contact you to offer an appropriate replacement, store credit, or refund of the affected amount.

8. Placing an Order

To place an order, you must provide complete and accurate contact, delivery, billing, and payment information.

Please review your product selection, quantities, address, PIN code, mobile number, payment method, and applicable charges before confirming the order.

After placing an order, you may receive an acknowledgement through email, SMS, WhatsApp, or another available communication channel. An automated acknowledgement confirms that we have received your order request but does not guarantee acceptance or dispatch.

An order is considered accepted when it is confirmed for fulfilment or dispatched, subject to payment verification, stock availability, serviceability, and any required order verification.

9. Order Verification

We may verify orders through OTP, telephone, SMS, WhatsApp, email, payment verification, address confirmation, or fraud-prevention systems.

Cash on Delivery orders, high-value orders, unusual orders, or orders associated with previous refusals may require additional confirmation before dispatch.

An order may be placed on hold or cancelled if verification cannot be completed within a reasonable time.

10. Right to Refuse or Cancel an Order

We may refuse, hold, or cancel an order for reasonable reasons, including:

• The product is unavailable or out of stock
• The delivery address or PIN code is not serviceable
• Payment has failed, is incomplete, or cannot be verified
• The order cannot be confirmed or verified
• The website displays an obvious pricing or product-information error
• There is suspected fraud, misuse, unauthorised activity, or policy abuse
• The quantity ordered appears intended for unauthorised commercial resale
• The customer has repeatedly refused or failed to accept previous confirmed orders
• Circumstances beyond our reasonable control prevent fulfilment

If we cancel a successfully paid order, the eligible amount will be refunded through the original payment method or another mutually agreed method.

11. Payments

Payments may be processed through third-party payment and checkout providers, including Razorpay, Shiprocket Checkout, banking partners, UPI providers, card networks, or other payment services displayed at checkout.

Your use of a third-party payment method may also be subject to the payment provider’s own terms, privacy policy, verification requirements, and security procedures.

Hope N Skin does not control bank, UPI, card-network, or payment-gateway processing times.

If money is deducted but your order is not confirmed, please contact your bank or payment provider and our support team with the payment reference. Failed or incomplete transaction reversals are subject to the processing timelines of the relevant bank or payment provider.

12. Cash on Delivery

Cash on Delivery may be available only for eligible orders and serviceable PIN codes.

Cash on Delivery orders may be subject to verification and applicable charges displayed at checkout.

You must pay the complete payable amount to the courier representative at the time of delivery, using an accepted payment method made available by the courier.

Repeated refusal of confirmed Cash on Delivery orders may result in Cash on Delivery being restricted for future orders.

13. Offers, Coupons and Free Gifts

Promotional offers, discount codes, bundles, free gifts, prepaid discounts, and limited-period prices are subject to the conditions communicated with the relevant offer.

Unless specifically stated otherwise:

• Only one coupon or discount may be used per order
• Coupons cannot be exchanged for cash
• Free gifts have no independent cash-refund value
• Offers cannot be combined with another promotion
• Offers are subject to stock availability
• Eligibility may depend on order value, products, payment method, or promotion period

We may cancel or adjust discounts obtained through technical errors, duplicate accounts, manipulation, unauthorised codes, fraudulent activity, or misuse of promotional conditions.

If an order purchased under a bundle or promotional offer is partially refunded, the refund may be recalculated according to the offer conditions and the regular price of products retained by the customer.

14. Order Changes and Cancellation

Order changes or cancellation requests may be accepted only before the order has been packed or dispatched.

Contact our support team immediately with your order number if you need to request a change or cancellation. Submission of a request does not guarantee that the change can be completed.

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation or address modification may not be possible.

15. Shipping and Delivery

Order processing, dispatch, estimated delivery periods, serviceable locations, shipping charges, delivery attempts, delayed shipments, and returned shipments are governed by our Shipping Policy .

Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by courier availability, customer location, weather, holidays, strikes, public restrictions, incorrect delivery details, or other logistical circumstances.

You are responsible for providing a complete delivery address, correct PIN code, and active mobile number.

16. Delivery Inspection

Please inspect the outer condition of the parcel at the time of delivery.

If the package appears visibly opened, damaged, or tampered with, refuse delivery whenever reasonably possible.

If you accept such a parcel, record a clear and continuous unboxing video before opening it and contact us within the timeframe specified in our Return & Exchange Policy.

17. Returns, Exchanges, Replacements and Refunds

Return, exchange, replacement, and refund eligibility is governed by our Return & Exchange Policy .

Due to the hygiene-sensitive and personal-use nature of skincare products, returns are generally accepted only for verified damaged, leaking, missing, defective, or incorrectly supplied products, as described in that policy.

An eligible issue must be reported within 7 days of delivery with the required order information and supporting evidence.

Nothing in these Terms limits any non-excludable consumer right or remedy available under applicable law.

18. Refund Processing

Approved prepaid-order refunds are generally initiated through the original payment method.

For Cash on Delivery orders, customers may be asked to provide valid UPI or bank-account details.

After a refund has been initiated, the time required for the amount to appear depends on the relevant bank, card network, UPI provider, payment gateway, or other payment partner.

Shipping fees, Cash on Delivery charges, convenience fees, and other service charges may be non-refundable unless the issue was caused by Hope N Skin or applicable law requires otherwise.

19. Electronic Communications

By placing an order or contacting us, you agree that we may send necessary transactional communications relating to:

• Order acknowledgement and confirmation
• Payment status and payment reminders
• Cash on Delivery verification
• Dispatch, tracking, delivery, and failed-delivery updates
• Incomplete checkout or abandoned-cart reminders
• Returns, replacements, exchanges, and refunds
• Customer-support enquiries and complaints
• Security, fraud prevention, and account notifications

These communications may be sent through email, SMS, WhatsApp, telephone, website notification, or another available channel.
